EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

To request an exchange or return, the Customer can go to any physical store in Colombia with the clothing that is new and in perfect condition, with all its labels and tags attached and the corresponding purchase invoice.

Exchanges can be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

The changes do not apply to body tops or lower swimsuits, but the quality guarantee does apply.

I. Changes of clothes

To make a change through the website, the Client must contact FUCSIA for approval.

To make a change you can call us +57 3102721697 or write to us at info@fucsiaboutique.com from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sundays and Holidays from 9am to 4pm

- The exchange or return does not apply if you used the clothes

- Clothes must have labels and tags attached.

- You have 30 calendar days from the time the clothes arrive to make the exchange.

- Bodies or Bikini Bottoms cannot be exchanged because they are underwear, but there is a guarantee.

- Changes made to the website cannot be modified once the request has been made.

II. Money back

If the Customer returns products, this will result in a refund equal to the value of the returned products. There will be no refund of shipping costs.

Returns and partial order cancellations will result in partial refunds. FUCSIA will accept order cancellations when requested prior to shipment. To cancel the order, the Customer must contact FUCSIA.

The refund will be made to the Client's credit or debit bank account. The period is 30 business days.

If it is a credit card, it will depend on the card's cut-off dates and the financial institution's timeframe; this can take up to 2 months.

If the payment was made in cash, through Efecty or Baloto. The refund will be made to a debit account (refunds are not made through Efecty or Baloto).

III. Warranties

To make a guarantee effective, the Client has two options:

  1. Go to any store in Colombia with the clothes and the corresponding purchase invoice.
  2. Please contact our customer service lines or social media to approve it, pick up the defective clothing and send the new one. FUCSIA assumes all shipping costs.

The warranty will expire after 60 days from the date of purchase, or in the event of defects or damage caused by external factors such as accidents, wear and tear from use and washing, or care that does not comply with the instructions given on the internal labels of the clothing.

Products modified or repaired by the Customer are excluded from the warranty and will not cover products damaged by improper use.

If the CUSTOMER receives a package with a missing item, he/she must contact FUCSIA within a period of time not exceeding 5 business days to carry out the respective investigation of the case and will receive a response regarding the same as soon as possible.

Once the guarantee has been approved, we will exchange it for another product or refund your money, depending on the case. Gala or Party dresses cannot be exchanged, nor can garments with details such as stones, sequins, metallic or mesh.

If you have to pay any excess or have any outstanding balance, we will send all the information to your email.

If the clothing you sent us does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to not provide the guarantee.

Important: Our warranty is 60 days after purchase. The lifespan of clothing depends on its care and conditions of use, so the warranty does not apply to products damaged by use, normal wear and tear or modifications to the garment.
