EXCHANGES, WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
How to make a change?
- Once you contact us, we reserve the clothes you want.
- We will schedule the free collection of your clothes at the address you give us (Also applies to clothing from the Outlet)
- When the clothes arrive, we will check that everything is fine and we will send you the new item. FUCSIA will cover the shipping to your home if the clothes you want are NOT from the Outlet. If they are from the Outlet, you will cover the shipping.
- If you have to pay any surplus or you have any balance in your favor, we will send you all the information to your email.
- If the clothes you sent us do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right not to make the exchange.
Important : If the carriers we have an agreement with are not collecting packages in your area, you can give us an alternate address or send us the clothes by your own means. In this case, FUCSIA does not assume the shipping costs.
Guarantees

- Once the guarantee has been approved, we will exchange it for another product or refund your money, depending on the case. Gala or Party dresses cannot be exchanged, nor can garments with stones, sequins, metallic or mesh.
- If you have to pay any surplus or have any balance in your favor, we will send you all the information to your email.
- If the clothes you sent us do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to not provide the guarantee.
Important: Our warranty is 60 days after purchase. The lifespan of clothing depends on its care and conditions of use, so the warranty does not apply to products damaged by use, normal wear and tear or modifications to the garment.
News when receiving the order
If any of the following issues arise when you receive your order, you have a period of 7 business days (from delivery) to inform us:
- Missing or surplus units
- Incorrect order
Returns
-To make a return you can call us +57 3102721697 or write to us at info@fucsiaboutique.com from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sundays and Holidays from 9am to 4pm
-You have 5 days to request a return once you receive your clothes.
-You must assume the shipping costs, FUCSIA will not be responsible for paying freight.
-Refunds may take up to 30 calendar days.
-If we do not receive your clothes within 20 days of your request, we will assume that you have retracted the return and we will complete the process.
-The refund will be made to a debit account (refunds are not made through Efecty or Baloto).
