EXCHANGE POLICIES
At Fucsia Boutique, we are committed to offering our customers the best experience when purchasing high-quality products, backed by rigorous quality control. It is essential that our customers carefully read the instructions for use, washing, storage and care found on the labels of each product. This information includes proper use and necessary care, as well as warning about handcrafted designs that may have unique and irregular characteristics.
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made in our store.
The company has a period of fifteen (15) business days from the day after receiving the request to process and respond to any claim made by the consumer. This may include: (i) repair of the product; (ii) exchange for another item; (iii) refund of the money; (iv) denial of the request; or (v) providing reasons for the decision taken.
Fucsia Boutique has a period of thirty (30) business days to carry out repairs, replacements and/or refunds. These periods will begin to count from the moment the consumer makes the product available to the company.
Consumers have a maximum of eight (8) calendar days to request or exercise their right to exchange all products sold by Fucsia Boutique. Any request outside this period will be rejected. This term is counted from the date of purchase (invoice date) or from the day the product is delivered (according to the shipping guide), in case the purchase is not made in person. It is recommended to take the following into account:
1. The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, with no signs of use, washing or modifications to its original design.
2. Garments, footwear and accessories must include tags, original packaging and all attached items.
3. Items from previous collections on sale will only be exchanged for others from the same collection, subject to availability, and solely for quality reasons.
4. Promotional or discounted items cannot be exchanged for: 1) size, 2) color or 3) reference, since the company's policy is to deplete the inventory of these garments due to seasonal changes.
5. When a change is appropriate for justified reasons and the product belongs to a current collection, the change can only be made for items of equal or greater value than that paid, subject to availability at the time of the change. No refunds will be made.
6. If there is no inventory available for the requested change, a credit balance will be generated that will be reflected in our billing system, valid for one month from its issuance.
7. It is advisable not to remove the internal labels from garments or items.
8. The costs of shipping the product back to the company will be covered by the consumer, as well as the cost of returning the product to the address provided.
Changes are not accepted on the following products for reasons of HYGIENE, BIOSECURITY and DELICACY:
a) Underwear, stockings, bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate garments, except for manufacturing defects that will be evaluated by our quality team.
b) White garments, with sequins, delicate decorations, embroidery, mesh, stones or metal, or made with materials such as chalis or tulle, as well as accessories, glasses and jewelry.
c) Garments that show signs of excessive use or poor care, including scratches or alterations caused by chemicals.
d) In footwear and accessories, those that show wear due to improper use, scratches, lack of original elements, or improper cleaning will be rejected.
e) Gala or party dresses cannot be exchanged.
