Right of Withdrawal Policies
1. Term for Withdrawal
2. You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 5 business days from the date of purchase (according to the invoice) or from the day of delivery of the product (according to the transport guide). This right is not applicable if you have previously requested a guarantee or exchange of the product.
2. Procedure: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify the sales consultant with whom you made the purchase in writing, or by email at info@fucsiaboutique.com, attaching the purchase invoice, or providing the buyer's identification number. Once requested, the company has 30 calendar days to process the refund, which will be made through electronic transfer to the account you indicate, or as a reversal to the credit card if you so request. Please note that in the latter case, the refund will depend on the deadlines of the financial institution, which may take up to 2 months.
3. Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping to return the product to our facilities is the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Application of the Right of Withdrawal: These policies also apply in the case of uninvoiced products or incorrect shipments.
5. Hygiene Exclusions: Returns of intimate garments such as underwear, stockings, bodysuits, swimwear, biker pants or any garment for intimate use are not accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects, which will be evaluated by our quality team. The following items are also not applicable: white clothing, sequins, embroidery, challis, chiffon, tulle, destroyed jean, as well as accessories, glasses, and jewelry.
6. Condition of the Garments: Returns of garments that show signs of excessive use, improper washing, mistreatment, or alterations will not be accepted. Garments must be returned in their original condition, with all their tags, without signs of manipulation, without stains or wear, and without alterations in shape or design. In addition, any accessories that come with the garment must be returned complete and in perfect condition.
