WARRANTY POLICIES

At Grupo Fucsia SAS, our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the purchase of our products. If you have any concerns, complaints or dissatisfaction related to the warranty of the purchased product, we ask that you inform us and that you have the item or products at our facilities. Below you will find the guidelines for requesting the warranty process:

1. Warranty Request

To request the legal guarantee, the Customer must do so within the established deadlines from the date of purchase (indicated on the invoice) or from the day of delivery of the product (according to the transport guide).

2. Warranty Exclusions

Defects or imperfections resulting from improper use, incorrect handling of the product or wear and tear from normal use (such as damage to seams, tears, improper washing or incorrect drying) will not be covered by the warranty.

3. Return Process

To start the warranty process, the garment or product must be sent in optimal hygienic conditions to the following address: Carrera 6 No. 17-59 centro, Pereira Risaralda, Colombia, during business hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Transportation costs will be assumed by Grupo Fucsia SAS if the result of the warranty process is favorable for the buyer; otherwise, the expenses will be the responsibility of the consumer. If the Customer chooses to take the product to the physical store, transportation costs for travel will not be recognized.

4. Reception in Physical Store

The Customer has the option of taking the product to our physical stores, which is the only place where in-person returns are accepted. To do so, the Customer must present the purchase invoice.

5. Response Times

Fucsia Group SAS has a period of Thirty (30) business days, counted from the day after receipt of the request, to process and respond to any claim. Possible actions include: (i) making repairs; (ii) changing the product; (iii) returning the money; (iv) denying the request; or (v) providing arguments to justify the decision.

6. Repair and Return Times
The company has a period of thirty (30) business days to make repairs, replace garments, and/or refund money. These periods will begin to count from the date on which the consumer makes the garment available to the company.

When the repair is appropriate, the delivery time of the repaired product will be within thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of the product.

7. Rejection of Guarantee Requests

If the company considers that the change or repair of the product under warranty is not appropriate, it will have a period of ten (10) business days to notify the consumer, who may pick up the product in the physical store or receive it at their address, with shipping paid on delivery.

8. Product Withdrawal Period

The customer has a maximum of three (3) months to remove the garment or items from our physical store. If this is not done within this period, the company will send the product to the address provided, also cash on delivery. If the package is returned or not received, it will be considered abandoned.
The company is not responsible for any damage or loss of items.

9. Conditions for the Guarantee

For the warranty to be valid, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Have all your labels, both internal and external.
- Be in the same condition in which it was acquired.
- Not have been modified (such as cuts, size adjustments or changes to the original design).

The durability of clothing depends on care and conditions of use. Please note that damage due to improper use is not covered by the warranty. If the garment has factory defects and you have followed all care and washing instructions, and the warranty is valid, you can initiate your request through the following channels:
